The Taliban may find — and many people in the world do — the American way of life, replete with nudity and extreme violence against women (98,000 were raped in 2008), completely unacceptable but they have not invaded America to change it. What right does the US have to invade Afghanistan thousands of miles away to impose its way of life?

The Terror-Industrial Complex The conviction of the Pakistani neuroscientist Aafia Siddiqui in New York last week of trying to kill American military officers and FBI agents illustrates that the greatest danger to our security comes not from al-Qaida but the thousands of shadowy mercenaries, kidnappers, killers and torturers our government employs around the globe.

The infidel leaders of the Rafedite (shiite) parties as well as their criminal security institutions and Iraqi parliamentarians took these sites as headquarters for them, and thought that they are secure for them and their families. These sites contain also dens for foreign intelligence along with their security companies which accompany them, and many headquarters of the safawid militias' leaders and their secret prisons, as they contain centers of the warring corruptive media, turpitude ground for the foreign delegations and both secret and public congresses in which they plot how to wage war against Islam and Muslims. All those headquarters and institutions are in favor of the safawid State and reinforce their control over Baghdad.

Thus, we think that these quaking messages written by the bloods of the Muwahideen (monotheists) were heard by the beast of the Green Zone and being understood by their black hearts, because there is nothing to say after these men's deeds. The coming operations will be more intense Allah willing, therefore we bring glad tidings to the Islam's Ummah that the soldiers of the Islamic State are going on their path "Allah willing" as you know them. The cunning of the infidels will not harm them nor stop them. This operation is sufficient to be a reply for lies of the stupid and dirty men in the Green Zone, as well as for their fabricated stories declared by their security institutions. This makes the Mujahideen more steadfast, more resolved and more trusting in Allah.

The areas where high danger avalanche warning exists included Sonamarg, Gagangir, Bhimbat, Drass, Batalic, Dhudi and S M Hills in Kargil district. The areas where medium danger of avalanche warning exists included Khilanmarg, Uri, Baaz, Razdan Top, Z-Gali, Keran, Furkian top, Machil, Sadna Top, Urez, Niru, Baruab and Chowkibal in Kupwara and Baramulla districts.

Europeans say Jews exploit past to extort money Nearly half of western Europeans believe jews exploit their ‘past persecution’ in order to extort money, a new Israeli report says. The report, which the Jewish Agency conducted jointly with Israel’s Information and Diaspora Ministry, found that 42 percent of those polled by the University of Bielefeld in Germany agreed that “jews exploit the past to extort money,” Haaretz reported on Monday. The countries in which the highest percentage of the population agreed with that statement were Poland and Spain. An American soldier ‘waterboarded his 4 year daughter’ A soldier waterboarded his four-year-old daughter because she was unable to recite her alphabet. Joshua Tabor admitted to police he had used the CIA torture technique because he was so angry. As his daughter ’squirmed’ to get away, Tabor said he submerged her face three or four times until the water was lapping around her forehead and jawline. Tabor, 27, who had won custody of his daughter only four weeks earlier, admitted choosing the punishment because the girl was terrified of water. The practice of waterboarding was used by the CIA to break Al Qaeda suspects at Guantanamo Bay. Detainees had water poured over their face until they feared they would drown. President Barack Obama has since outlawed the practice.

Tabor, a soldier at the Lewis-McChord base in Tacoma, Washington, was arrested after being seen walking around his neighbourhood wearing a Kevlar military helmet and threatening to break windows. Police discovered the alleged waterboarding when they went to his home in the Tacoma suburb of Yelm and spoke to his girlfriend. She told them about the alleged torture and the terrified girl was found hiding in a closet, with bruising on her back and scratch marks on her neck and throat. Asked how she got the bruises, the girl is said to have replied: ‘Daddy did it.’ During a police interview Tabor allegedly admitted grabbing his daughter, placing her on the kitchen counter and submerging her face into a bowl of water. Sergeant Rob Carlson said the punishment was carried out because the girl would not recite the alphabet. Police have not revealed Tabor’s military service, but his base is home to units that have served in Iraq and Afghanistan. The girl has been taken into care. Her natural mother lives in Kansas but Tabor had been granted custody by a court

India tests nuclear-capable missile: defence source India successfully tested a nuclear-capable missile on Sunday, a defence source said, days after proposing a resumption of talks with arch-rival Pakistan. The surface-to-surface Agni-III missile with a range of more than 3,000 kilometres (2,000 miles) was tested from Wheeler Island, off the coast of the eastern state of Orissa. It Is Now Mathematically Impossible To Pay Off The U.S. National Debt The U.S. government does not issue U.S. currency - the Federal Reserve does. The Federal Reserve is a private bank owned and operated for profit by a very powerful group of elite international bankers. The Federal Reserve swaps these green pieces of paper for pink pieces of paper called U.S. Treasury bonds. The Federal Reserve either sells these U.S. Treasury bonds or they keep the bonds for themselves (which happens a lot these days). So that is how the U.S. government gets more green pieces of paper called "U.S. dollars" to put into circulation. But by doing so, they get themselves into even more debt which they will owe even more interest on. So every time the U.S. government does this, the national debt gets even bigger and the interest on that debt gets even bigger. Are you starting to get the picture?

The lawyers of Dr Aafia Siddiqui, who has been convicted in a US court, refused to accept the verdict against the US-educated girl. Siddiqui, a tiny, frail woman dressed in a beige tunic and white headscarf covering her mouth and forehead, showed no emotion as the jury pronounced its verdict. After the verdict, outside the courthouse, Elaine Sharp, one of Siddiqui's lawyers said the jury came to the wrong conclusion. Siddiqui was arrested by Afghan police on trumped-up charges, according to which she was carrying containers of chemicals and notes referring to mass-casualty attacks and New York landmarks. She was not charged in connection with those materials and the charges she was convicted of do not mention terrorism.

Instead, the case centered on an incident the next day in the Afghan police compound, where U.S. soldiers and FBI agents sought to question her. The irony is that no sound evidences could be presented at the court to prove the false story at Bagram incident. Siddiqui's defence attacked the government's version of events, saying there was no forensic evidence to support it. Another of Siddiqui's defence attorneys, Charlie Swift, said there was no evidence the rifle had ever been fired, since no bullets, shell casings or bullet debris were recovered and no bullet holes detected. Speaking to the many supporters of Siddiqui around the globe, Elaine Sharp called for a calm reaction to the guilty verdict. Siddiqui faces a maximum sentence of life in prison and will be sentenced in May.

They were protesting against the killing of a 13-year old boy by Indian police on Sunday. Several persons were injured in the clashes between the protestors and the troops. Life remained paralyzed all across the occupied territory. Talking to KMS on telephone, the APHC Chairman, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq said that India by resorting to state terrorism would not be able to suppress Kashmiris’ liberation movement. Convener of the APHC AJK Chapter, Mehmood Ahamd Saghar, in a statement, condemned the arrest of APHC leaders.

China cancels 80% of Iraq debt Iraq’s finance ministry said Tuesday China has agreed to cancel 80 percent of the $8.5-billion it is owed by Iraq. The finance ministry added the two countries did $3.8 billion in trade in 2009. The State-owned Chinese oil firm CNPC has clinched some of the biggest deals in the Iraqi oil sector since the US-led invasion. China was the leading member of a successful consortium bidding for the Halfaya field in southern Iraq. In December the Chinese firm signed a deal, along with BP, to ramp up production at Iraq's biggest oil field, Rumaila. Those two deals are in addition to a contract signed in 2008 by CNPC to develop another oil field south of Baghdad, giving the company a major presence among foreign energy firms operating in Iraq.

Full body scanners introduced at Heathrow The introduction of full body scanners at Heathrow and Manchester airports has today caused outrage among civil liberty campaigners who say that they are an invasion of privacy. Haiti's earthquake death toll rises to 200,000 Haitian Prime Minister Jean Max Bellerive said on Tuesday that the death toll of the devastating earthquake that shook the country on Jan. 12, rose to 200,000. Bellerive gave the figure during a report presentation at the Senate and he added that the figure does not include those victims that still are under the rubble and those who were buried by their relatives. During his report, Bellerive also said that the structure of the Haitian government has to change in order to face the crisis aroused by the magnitude-7.0 earthquake. 60 percent of the gross domestic product of Haiti was destroyed in 35 seconds, Bellerive said.

Afghan 'geological reserves worth a trillion dollars' KABUL — Afghanistan, one of the world's poorest countries, is sitting on mineral and petroleum reserves worth an estimated one trillion dollars, President Hamid Karzai said Sunday. The war-ravaged nation could become one of the richest in the world if helped to tap its geological deposits, Karzai told reporters. "I have very good news for Afghans," Karzai said. "The initial figures we have obtained show that our mineral deposits are worth a thousand billion dollars -- not a thousand million dollars but a thousand billion," he said.

He based his assertion, he said, on a survey being carried out by the United States Geological Survey (USGS), due to be completed in "a couple of months". The USGS, the US government's scientific agency, has been working on the 17-million dollar survey for a number of years, Karzai said. While Afghanistan is not renowned as a resource-rich country, it has a wide range of deposits, including copper, iron ore, gold and chromite, as well as natural gas, oil and precious and semi-precious stones. Little has been exploited because the country has been mired in conflict for 30 years, and is embroiled in a vicious insurgency by Islamist rebels led by the Taliban.

More than 100,000 foreign troops under US and NATO command are battling the insurgents, with another 40,000 due for deployment this year. China and India have bid for contracts to develop mines, with the Chinese winning a copper contract. An iron ore contract is due to be awarded later this year. In 2007, China's state-owned metals giant Metallurgical Group Corporation (MCC) signed a three-billion-dollar contract to develop the Aynak copper mine -- one of the world's biggest -- over the next 30 years. First discovered in 1974, the site, 30 kilometres (20 miles) south of Kabul in Logar, is estimated to contain 11.3 million tonnes of copper. The Hajigak iron ore mine in Bamiyan province, north of Kabul, is currently under tender, with one Chinese and half a dozen Indian firms bidding. The contract is for exploitation of almost two billion tonnes of high-grade ore, involving processing, smelting, steel production and electricity production.

Aafia denies lifting gun, terms it a joke Aafia Siddiqui denied attempting to kill U.S. personnel in Afghanistan in 2008 and insisted she was framed for the crime. Later, Assistant U.S. Attorney Jenna Dabbs asked her on cross-examination, "Are you saying you don't remember?"

Ms. Siddiqui responded, "I'm telling you what I know: I walked toward the curtain and then I was shot. My head does not believe that American soldiers would be so irresponsible to leave a gun around."

"I can't testify to that, the bag was not mine, so I didn't necessarily go through everything," she said.

"Did you have notes on a dirty bomb?" Ms. Dabbs asked.

"To answer your question, I do not know how to make a dirty bomb," Ms. Siddiqui said, adding later, "I did not draw those pictures. I'm definitely not that good an artist, I can tell you that."

Ms. Siddiqui repeatedly snuck into her testimony her claim that she had been held in "secret prisons" and tortured before her arrest in Afghanistan. At one point, when her head scarf began to slip over her face, her attorney, Ms. Sharp, asked her to explain her attire.

"If you've been in a secret prison, abused, you get more modest. And it's part of the religion," Ms. Siddiqui said.

19,060 persons arrested under TADA in 17 years in IHK Srinagar, January 28 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, 19,060 persons have been arrested by occupation authorities under the draconian Terrorist and Disruptive Activities Act (TADA) in 17 years from 1990-2007. Japan is also one of the countries that would participate in the conference, and they have prepared some money to be given to Karzai. The kafireen and munafiqeen always accused the Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirates of Afghanistan as being paid in carrying out their tasks and they think the Mujahids could be lured by their offers of money and jobs. According to Karzai, war is not the only way to achieve peace and there are other activities that could still be done such as that of his new plan. Actually, America, Britain and other Western countries were reluctant to agree with his idea, but Karzai managed persuade them somehow. "We will achieve 'peace' with extra money," he said.

Therefore we remind the Sunnite people of plots conspired against them and what can happen to them if those dirty people were able to regenerate the Safawid project on the land of Baghdad at the moment in which they see a historical opportunity to do so. The dark Rafedite rancor will not distinguish between a friend and enemy as long as he belongs to the Sunnites. The report says the move followed the seizure of the U.S. Embassy by Iranian students Nov. 4, 1979, when 63 Americans, including the four-member Central Intelligence Agency contingent, were taken hostage. The Globe says Taylor, who was ambassador to Iran from 1977 to 1980, actively spied for the Americans and helped them plan an armed incursion into the country. It says details of Taylor's role are revealed in a new book being released today, ``Our Man in Tehran,'' by Trent University historian Robert Wright. The feeling of "being hit" produced by the stun gun is said to be similar to that of standing in front of a firing squad. The weapon uses a mixture of liquefied petroleum, cooking gas and air which traveling through the cannon barrel detonates and intensifies until it exits. The process generates a succession of 60 to 100 high-velocity shock bursts per minute, each traveling at about 2,000 meters per second and lasting up to 300 milliseconds, according to a report by Defense News website, citing company data. "That's more than enough for hours of continuous operation," said ArmyTec President Shlomo Tabak, a former Israeli military special operations officer, describing the new device as "controlled and safe." Experts, however, say the Thunder Generator could be lethal or inflict permanent damage if fired at less than 10 meters.

'Israel seeks more involvement in Afghan war' Foreign forces in Afghanistan will use unmanned Israeli drones more extensively in the US-led war, an Israeli paper said, citing the regime's desire to be more involved in the war. The unpopular legislation is needed to allow the federal government to issue bonds to fund programs and prevent a first-time default on obligations. It promises to be a challenging debate for Democrats, who, as the party in power, hold the responsibility for passing the legislation. The record increase in the so-called debt limit is required because the budget deficit has spiraled out of control in the wake of a recession that cut tax revenues, the Wall Street bailout, and increased spending by the Democratic-controlled Congress. Last year's deficit hit a phenomenal $1.4 trillion, and the current year's deficit promises to be as high or higher.

China becomes world's second largest economy China says its economy expanded by 8.7% in 2009, likely Japan to become the world's second largest economy behind only the US. The Chinese government also said the growth in the final quarter of 2009 accelerated by 10.7% from 2008. The announcement was made by China's National Bureau of Statistics (NBS). The figures have exceeded the targets set by the Chinese government. A government spokesman said China has recovered from the global downturn and was moving in the right direction. China was hit by the world economic crisis during late 2008 and early 2009, but not as badly as other countries. It recovered with the help of a massive government stimulus package.

On Tuesday, Siddiqui was removed out of the New York courtroom where her trail is being held after shouting the remarks at the jurors. The MIT-educated neuroscientist is currently on trial, facing charges of trying to kill US soldiers and FBI agents in Afghanistan in 2008 and connections with Al-Qaeda operatives. She was ejected from her federal court trial after her second outburst, Bloomberg reported.

“Since I'll never get a chance to speak," she said in the courtroom. "If you were in a secret prison, or your children were tortured…" She insisted that she knew nothing about a plan to carry out terrorist attacks on targets in New York, The New York Daily News reported.

"Give me a little credit, this is not a list of targets of New York," she said. "I was never planning to bomb it. You're lying."

Siddiqui vanished in Karachi, Pakistan with her three children on March 30, 2003. The next day it was reported in local newspapers that she had been taken into custody on terrorism charges.

US officials allege Aafia Siddiqui was seized on July 17, 2008 by Afghan security forces in Ghazni province and claim that documents, including formulas for explosives and chemical weapons, were found in her handbag.

They say that while she was being interrogated, she grabbed a US warrant officer's M-4 rifle and fired two shots at FBI agents and military personnel but missed and that the warrant officer then fired back, hitting her in the torso.

She was brought to the United States to face charges of attempted murder and assault. Siddiqui faces 20 years in prison if convicted. However, human rights organizations have cast doubt on the accuracy of the US account of the event. Many political activists believe she was Prisoner 650 of the US detention facility in Bagram, Afghanistan, where they say she was tortured for five years until one day US authorities announced that they had found her in Afghanistan.

These lies are an attempt of the Yemeni government to gain the favor and prove to Obama, Brown and their aides in the London conference that they have made accomplishments, claiming that they are able to put an end to the Mujahideen in the Arabian Peninsula. These Yemeni officials only sinfully seek monetary benefits from the west in exchange for the blood of Muslim women and children of the Peninsula of Muhammad (s).

OPEC considers using euro in oil transactions Iran's representative to OPEC says the group weighs replacing the dollar by the euro in crude oil pricing, adding that no decision has been made. "Members of OPEC are free (to use any currency) in their oil transactions," said Mohammad Ali Khatibi on Sunday. He added that Iran receives 90 percent of its oil revenues in currencies other than the US dollar. Chavez: US uses earthquake to occupy Haiti Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez has accused the United States of taking advantage of the deadly earthquake in Haiti to occupy the Caribbean country. British general rules out win against insurgency by military means alone The fight against the Taliban will not be won by military means alone, one of the most senior British commanders in Afghanistan has said. US Army suicides hit grim record for 2009 Suicides in the US Army rose to a new record in 2009, with 160 soldiers taking their lives, the military said, calling it a "painful year." Army leaders had warned that the suicide rate was on track to surpass last year's toll of 140, but said the causes of the spike remain unclear. The causes appeared to vary from base to base and about one-third of the soldiers who committed suicide had not yet deployed to combat missions in Afghanistan or Iraq, officials say.

US unemployment hits blacks, Hispanics worst: study Unemployment rates in the United States are expected to remain high in 2010, but a new study says black and Hispanic workers will suffer significantly more than their white counterparts. "The gap between white and minority unemployment rates has already grown dramatically during this recession and it is expected to continue growing," said Kai Filion, author of the study produced by the Economic Policy Institute. The study predicts the unemployment rate in the third quarter of 2010 will be 9.0 percent for white Americans, up from 8.1 percent at present and compared to 10 percent across the board. But for black workers, the rate will be as high as 17.2 percent, and for Hispanics, up to 13.9 percent, the study said. In five US states among the worst affected by the recession -- Alabama, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio and South Carolina -- the unemployment rate for black workers is forecast to exceed 20 percent. The study predicts that the unemployment rate for white workers will have grown by 5.0 percentage points from the beginning of the US recession in December 2007 to the third quarter of 2010. For black workers, a total increase of 8.6 percent is forecast, and for Hispanics a rise of 7.9 percentage points. Despite the economic downturn, a separate study by the Pew Research Center found that black Americans are more optimistic about the state of black progress than at anytime in last 25 years.

Israelis who authorized the use of white phosphorous in densely populated Gaza should be tried for war crimes, a British Labour Party legislator said Friday, after entering the Hamas-ruled territory with 60 European parliamentarians. The lawmakers are visiting Gaza to draw attention to the territory’s “evil blockade” by Israel and Egypt, said the Labour legislator, Gerald Kaufman. The closure was first imposed in 2006, after Hamas-allied militants captured an Israeli soldier.
Kaufman also spoke in support of attempts by pro-Palestinian groups in Britain to get Israeli politicians and army officers arrested once they step on British soil. Britain has a “universal jurisdiction” law that allows prosecution of alleged war criminals whose crimes have no direct connection with Britain.

Firstly, Al-Qaedah has never worked with America, neither in the past, nor in the future. Rather, it has always been and continues to be the number one enemy of the modern idolic tyrants America. Making these senseless claims is deception, and it seems that he is trying to create problems. What he is saying has no basis and does not need to be falsified. It is said to the likes of this person, “build the premises and then argue it”. I am certain that the person you are addressing relies solely on the media, the least about which we can say is that they are blatant sinners. Allah (swt) said:

When the Companions fought the Byzantines, this served the interest of the Persians; and when they fought the Persians, it served the interested of the Byzantines. However, can anyone make the claim that the Companions were puppets of the Persians or aides of the Byzantines?

Thirdly, it is true that America supplied some weapons to the regimes of the area, and those regimes in turn sold some of these weapons to some of groups other than Al-Qaeda involved in the war. However, does this mere purchasing of weapons make one a criminal, agent and a traitor?

The Messenger of Allah (s) borrowed some shields and weapons from Safwan b. Umaiyyah, a pagan, for the battle of Hunein. [Narrated by Abu Dawud, Nasa’i, Ahmed, and Al-Hakim, who said it is Saheeh in accordance to the conditions of Muslim, but he did not narrated by him (Nasb Al-Rayah, Al-Zaila’i, v.3, p.377] Will the person you spoke to say the same thing about the Prophet’s borrowing shields and weapons from Safwan which he said about those he claims to have benefited from American weapons? Glory be to Allah! Indeed this is a tremendous lie!
